Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
